Weekend of 01 – 03 July 2022: what to do in the Arezzo area

An exciting weekend awaits us, and with the arrival of July, the summer schedule sees many new activities and novelties. In the historical centre of Arezzo, the appointment with the Antiques Fair and Shopping under the Stars is renewed. At the weekend, jazz music invites us to discover the beauty of Sansepolcro, while the fascination of archaeology takes us to Bibbiena and Castiglion Fiorentino.

Antiques Fair in Arezzo

The Antiques Fair returns to Arezzo in Piazza Grande and the streets of the historic centre. Almost four hundred exhibitors will present to the public, collectors, and lovers of antiques a large number of objects that make up the history and identity of our civilisation, giving enthusiasts and experts the pleasure of the trouvaille, that is, the discovery and search for a rare or curious piece. The July edition will be enriched by a singular collateral event: on Sunday 3 July at 10.00 a.m. Mater Teatro will offer a travelling show that will start from Piazzetta San Niccolò and will go through the streets of the centre, allowing the public to re-discover small sacred art jewels of the territory.

Local products will also be the protagonists, with a welcome buffet at the start and dinner at the finish, with dinner and musical entertainment.
