Podere Bellosguardo

The Podere Bellosguardo, with its typical Tuscan antique rural farmhouse that dates back to the 1700s, is located in the upper Casentino valley, north of Arezzo, in the municipality of Pratovecchio Stia. It is about 13 hectares, part of which is planted with vineyards. In more recent years, the winemaking heritage has been enhanced and expanded to produce wines that bring out the special qualities of these unique lands, which are typical for their geological and climatic characteristics, on the borders of the Casentino Forests National Park.
The cellars have been restored by partially recovering the original ones that formed the foundations of the farmhouse. The more recent cellars have been created by adapting the old stables, originally built to raise Chianina cattle. It is now possible to visit the old cellars and the rest of the farm, where there is an exhibition of antique agriculture tools for harvesting grapes and winemaking, as well as various types of rural tools.
