Fattoria Casabianca

Fattoria Casabianca is a farm located in the municipality of Bucine, in the picturesque Aretine Hills, and extends as far as San Leolino, a renowned olive oil production site.
Over the years, the farm increased its surface area to about 80 hectares, 17 of which are used for vineyards, and 10 for olive groves. The is arable land and woodland. The altitude varies between 200 and 400 metres above sea level.
Fattoria Casabianca has demonstrated a remarkable capacity for renewal, pairing ancient farming traditions with the technological innovation that is required to produce excellent quality wines. Since 2016, Fattoria Casabianca has been certified organic and it is part of the prestigious Valdarno di Sopra DOC.
The grapes come exclusively from their own vineyards, which mainly grow Sangiovese and Merlot varieties, but others as well, such as Ciliegiolo, Canaiolo, Malvasia and Trebbiano.
The vineyard surface area expanded in 2017, taking over the management of “Fattoria I Tribbi” in Ambra-Bucine, a 250-hectare property located 600 metres above sea level, with extensive vineyards and olive groves.
Guests can relax at the cosy agritourism that features two swimming pools and a wine bar. They also have the opportunity to experience a tasting as well as purchase white wines, rosés, Chianti wines, various reserves, vinsanto and top quality olive oil.
