Tasting of organic extra virgin olive oils produced with olives from different altitude and exposure areas

 

The production of Buccia Nera Extra Virgin Olive Oil remains a small-scale production that is carefully followed from the plant to the table, prioritizing high quality and low production yields. In order to enhance the productions from the three distinct parcels where the olive groves are located, the company has decided to keep the productions separate, giving rise to two company Cru: Cru San Polo, Cru Campriano.
You will participate in a guided tasting of the Cru oils with an explanation of tasting techniques and in-depth information about extra virgin olive oil and its characteristics.

 

Cru San Polo – L’aromatico (the aromatic)
Cru Campriano – L’elegante (the elegant)

 

TIMETABLES
From November to March, Monday to Sunday, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
From April to October, Monday to Sunday, from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
