Truffle hunting and wine pairing
During this fun experience you will learn what is a truffle, how truffle is cultivated, how dogs are trained and much more.
The walk will start from the winery and the visit to the cellar, will continue in the vineyard and then in the truffle orchard with the dog, for the truffle hunting.
After the truffle hunting the experience will continue in the farmhouse under a vine pergola or in the tasting room of the winery.
There you will have the unique chance to taste truffle (according to season white or black truffle) and local food paired with wines produced in the winery.
Morning experience
9:30 winery visit at the farm
10:00 walk to the truffle grounds and truffle hunting with the help of dogs
11:30 transfer to the farmhouse and tasting of local products
Afternoon experience
17:30 winery visit at the farm
18:00 walk to the truffle grounds and truffle hunting with the help of dogs
19:30 transfer to the farmhouse and tasting of local products

Information
• hard shoes and suitable clothes for excursions in the woods are recommended.
• truffle(s) found during the hunt belongs to the truffle hunter.
• this experience runs rain or shine, depending on truffle hunter’s decision
Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total amount is required at the TIME OF BOOKING to secure your reservation.
The balance is then due 15 days BEFORE experience beginning.
Bookings made LATER THAN 15 days BEFORE experience beginning must be paid by lump-sum settlement.

• Cancellations received UP to 72 hours BEFORE experience beginning: FREE OF CHARGE.
• Cancellations received LATER THAN 72 hours BEFORE experience beginning, late arrivals and no shows: NO REFUND.This is applicable to any participant that fails to arrive, or arrives after experience beginning.
