From the Mill to the Plate

Cooking course that goes from the field, to the mill, to the table.

 

The tour will start from the cellar and will continue to the stone mill where you will learn about the milling process. You will then reach the farm to start your cooking class. You will take in more about the ingredients and the secrets for perfect local recipes. At the end you could taste the dishes you prepared paired with the farm’s wines.

 

Morning experience
10:00 am meeting at the farm and educational walk
11:00 am stone mill tour and milling process
11:30 am cooking class at the farm
12:30 am pasta tasting

 

Afternoon experience
5:00 pm meeting at the farm and educational walk
6:00 pm stone mill tour and milling process
6:30 pm cooking class at the farm
7:30 pm pasta tasting

€ 75,00 per person – children from 5 to 10 years old
