- ETRUSCAN-MEDIEVAL COOKING CLASS
With this cooking lesson, we will learn more about our origins, from the Etruscans to the Middle Ages, discovering what they ate and how they cooked.
During this special cooking class, a local chef will teach you how to prepare a soup with handmade pasta using unrefined flour, a meat dish with “agresto,” the typical medieval condiment made from grape must, and a dessert. Above all, we will understand how, despite many centuries having passed, our Mediterranean diet hasn’t changed much, and how we still bring historical recipes to our tables on a daily basis.
PROGRAM
Ore 18:00 meeting at the venue with the Chef and start of the cooking course
Ore 20:00 end of the course and dinner with what has been prepared, including first course, main course, side dish, and dessert, all accompanied by local wine

• Participants: minimum 4, maximum 10

• This experience takes place regardless of weather conditions.
• Upon request, cooking classes can also be organized in the morning, followed by lunch.
Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total amount is required at the TIME OF BOOKING to secure your reservation. The balance is then due 15 days BEFORE experience beginning.
Bookings made LATER THAN 15 days BEFORE experience beginning must be paid by lump-sum settlement.

• Cancellations received UP to 72 hours BEFORE experience beginning: FREE OF CHARGE.
• Cancellations received LATER THAN 72 hours BEFORE experience beginning, late arrivals and no shows: NO REFUND.
• This is applicable to any participant that fails to arrive, or arrives after experience beginning.
• This experience runs rain or shine.
