Colored fresh pasta, cooking course

Experience typical Arezzo cuisine.

 

In Tuscany, homemade pasta is often prepared, especially on festive occasions. There are many different types of fresh pasta, and during the cooking course, you will get to know many of them. We will prepare colored pasta using vegetables, creating a vibrant mix of colors that will make your dishes both fun and delicious. We will focus on the right ingredients to achieve a rustic dough that will complement any sauce, and we will explain various methods of preserving fresh pasta. Guests will wear personalized handmade aprons.
Tagliolini, tagliatelle, or pappardelle will be the base of one of the two first courses you’ll prepare and enjoy, while ravioli dressed with fresh sage will be the other option. All this will be preceded by a starter of mixed crostini sprinkled with fresh herbs like rosemary, basil, chives, and thyme, all gathered from our garden. After the first courses, a second dish with a side and a delicious dessert will be served. Everything will be accompanied by Tuscan wine and homemade liqueurs.
