Etruscan-Medieval Cooking Class

With this cooking lesson we will learn more about our origins, from the Etruscans to the Middle Ages, discovering what people ate and how they cooked.

We will prepare a soup with handmade pasta using unrefined flours, some meat accompanied by the "agresto" - the typical seasoning of the time based on must, and a medieval dessert. Above all, we will understand that despite many centuries have passed, even today our Mediterranean diet has not changed much and we still serve “historical” recipes on our tables every day.


6 p.m: Meeting with the Chef;

6:15 p.m: Start of the lesson;

8 p.m: End of the lesson and dinner based on what has been prepared (first course, second course, side dish and dessert) all accompanied by local wine.
