Cooking class at farmhouse

The tour will start from the cellar and will continue to the stone mill where you will learn about the milling process. You will then reach the farm to start your cooking class. You will take in more about the ingredients and the secrets for perfect local recipes. At the end you could taste the dishes you prepared paired with the farm's wines.

Morning tour and lunch

9:30 am meet up at the farm's cellar

10:00 am stone mill tour and milling process

10:30 am cooking class

12:30 am the experience will end with the tasting of the prepared dishes. During the class, you could also taste some cheese, cold cuts and local seasonal vegetables. At the end of the class you will taste the 3 first courses prepared by the country chef and a fresh fruit sorbet accompanied with the home made vinsanto (the Tuscan typical sweet liqueur)

5:00 pm cooking class

7:00 pm the experience will end with the tasting of the prepared dishes. During the class, you could also taste some cheese, cold cuts and local seasonal vegetables. At the end of the class you will taste the 3 first courses prepared by the country chef and a fresh fruit sorbet accompanied with the home made vinsanto (the Tuscan typical sweet liqueur)
