Yoga ad Arte

On the terrace of the Ivan Bruschi House Museum, four sunset yoga classes with the backdrop of the Pieve and the historic center of Arezzo

On Thursday, July 4 at 8:30 PM, the first of four special evenings will take place, followed by sessions on July 11, 18, and 25. These are unique events designed to evoke singular emotions, where the charm of the art displayed at the Bruschi Museum interacts and blends suggestively with the discipline of yoga.
The first three lessons, each lasting about an hour and a half, will be led by Giuseppe Storani, who has been practicing this discipline for over 20 years: “The first evening will be dedicated to Vinyasa Yoga, a special approach that allows us to move from one point to another with a fluid and dynamic flow of movements through the support of breath,” anticipates Master Storani. “On the second evening, there will be a ‘special class’ on meditation to create a connection between body and soul, and on the third, a lesson in Ashtanga Yoga, a very demanding and dynamic style that includes intense movements.”
On the final evening of Thursday, July 25, the parent-child yoga returns, born from the idea of creating a moment of fun and complicity. The lesson will be conducted by educator Elisa Bertocci, a yoga teacher for young people using the “Balyayoga method,” and will last approximately forty-five minutes.

€ 12.00 per person
The cost includes the opportunity to visit the Ivan Bruschi House Museum and, until July 21, the exhibition “La libera maniera. Arte astratta e informale nelle collezioni Intesa Sanpaolo”
