Yoga lessons at sunset in the heart of Arezzo, with the panorama of the Pieve as a backdrop. This is the proposal of the “YOGA AD ARTE” event which in July includes three appointments, organized by the Ivan Bruschi Foundation in collaboration with Maestro Giuseppe Storani of the BK Yoga Association.
First event Thursday 8 July at 8.30 pm on the panoramic terrace of the Ivan Bruschi House Museum.
This is the first of three special evenings that will also take place on July 15th and 29th, in the open air and in full safety distance: completely original events created to arouse unique emotions, where the charm of the art of the works exhibited at the Bruschi Museum it dialogues and mixes in an evocative way with the discipline of yoga.
The lessons, lasting about an hour and a half each, will be led by Giuseppe Storani who has been practicing this discipline for over 20 years and has participated in training courses for teachers, obtaining a diploma in Odaka yoga and Ashtanga.
In the first and clear lesson the experience of Ashtanga Yoga will be offered, the style that includes a series of sequences in which the movements flow naturally. The second lesson will instead enter the technique of Vinyasa Yoga, which links the movement of the body to the breath and also the concatenation of various positions according to a more or less pre-established sequence ”.
The cost of each appointment is € 12 per person and also includes the opportunity to visit the exhibition “The East in the House. Works from the collection of Frederick Stibbert ”set up at Casa Bruschi until October 17, 2021.
