The route will then guide the curious trekker through the places and squares of the historical centre where Roberto Benigni, a great contemporary Aretine, filmed La Vita è Bella, an Oscar-winning film that still today knows how to give great emotions. Between an anecdote and a story, the walk will lead us to discover hidden places of great charm not normally open to the public. Places of endless wonder, where ancient and contemporary, culture and tradition, entertainment and music coexist harmoniously. There will be no lack of references to the Great Aretines of history or the unmissable Piazza Grande, the natural theatre of Arezzo’s most significant events, such as the Giostra del Saracino or the Antiques Fair.
