Two days to discover the collections of two fascinating places, through activities, workshops and educational paths, carried out by qualified museum staff. Children will thus be able to deal with ancient and modern, understand different civilizations and cultures, learn the technologies and tools of communication science and learn about the many stories that the objects collected by two enlightened collectors can tell.
Summer Museums will begin on Friday 10 September at 9.00 to 12.00 at the Ivan Bruschi House Museum, where creative workshops and thematic games will introduce the history, artistic techniques and secrets of distant cultures, told by the objects collected by Ivan Bruschi, founder of the Arezzo antiques fair. Young visitors will also have to “pack their suitcase” to face an exciting journey through the fascinating places described by the exhibition The East at home. Works from the collection of Frederick Stibbert.
On 11 September at MUMEC, the Museum of Communication Means, the second day will be the protagonist of a
playful-didactic path designed to make the little ones understand that they were not “born with a mobile phone in their pocket”. A study in the collection, then, and one in the temporary exhibitions. Particular space will be given to the discovery of the figure of the noise-maker within the film scene with the setting up of a dubbing workshop for sounds and voices.
