Wednesday, August 11 at the Roman Amphitheater in Arezzo, Enrico Rava will be the guest of this last event of the Arezzo Smart Festival. With more than 60 years of career behind him and more than 70 recordings to his credit, he is by far the best known Italian jazz musician in the world. The lyrical and unmistakable voice of his trumpet is universally recognized as a shining example of inexhaustible creativity and great intensity.

Accompanying him in this performance will be the JOTC Open Orchestra, a large orchestra composed of 18 talented professionals, directed by Francesco Giustini, for a unique and unrepeatable event.
The repertoire, arranged and orchestrated specifically for this project, is composed mainly of compositions by Enrico Rava himself, supplemented by some historical pieces from his repertoire.
