Twenty-fourth edition of the Arezzo City Half Marathon, an international race of 21.097 km, with WA certified course.
The race will start from Piazza Guido Monaco at 9:30 am.
According to the regulations for organizing events issued by FIDAL, the following may participate:
– All athletes regularly registered with an Italian sports club affiliated with FIDAL, starting from the Junior category, i.e., born from 2005 onwards (18 years old);
– All foreign and Italian athletes registered with foreign federations affiliated with WA in compliance with current regulations, i.e., by presenting a self-certification certifying membership;
– All Italian and foreign athletes residing in Italy, aged 20 and over (in years), holding the RUN CARD EPS card issued by FIDAL or registered with a sports promotion body (EPS). At the time of registration, participants in the competitive race must strictly attach a copy of the medical certificate of fitness for competitive athletics valid until October 29, 2023. It must be presented and retained by the organizers in its original form when collecting the bib number. Non-resident foreigners may present a certificate issued in their own country, but the same tests required by Italian regulations must have been carried out: a) medical examination; b) complete urine test; c) resting and stress electrocardiogram; d) spirometry.
– Competitors with a RUN CARD and RUN CARD EPS cannot receive cash prizes or similar benefits (vouchers, bonuses, fees), but they are included in the event’s rankings and awards.
