Three routes of varying lengths, from 42 to 107 kilometers, suitable for both the less experienced and the more seasoned cyclists. Among gravel roads, medieval villages, and enchanting landscapes, all while dressed in vintage attire, you will have the opportunity to spend a day on two wheels, journeying to discover the history of the valley nestled between Arezzo and Florence.
The lunar-like scenes, unique in Tuscany, are those of the former Santa Barbara mine and the mining area of Centrale di Cavriglia in San Giovanni Valdarno. And after the ride, a stop at one of the many food trucks to savor the flavors of Valdarno tradition while recounting the heroic cycling adventures just experienced is a must. There are also numerous side events that enliven the town of San Giovanni Valdarno during the weekend.
