On 10 June, the Nuremberg Philharmonic Choir and the Junge Philharmonie Erlangen Orchestra, conducted by Gordian Teupke, perform in the Parish Church of Santa Maria Assunta

Arezzo hosts “Concert for Peace” and music becomes an opportunity for solidarity.

The programme features some of the most famous and moving scores in the history of music: after the performance of the national anthem of Ukraine in the original a cappella language, Ludwig van Beethoven’s Leonore Overture nr.3 op 72a, Giacomo Puccini’s Requiem for Viola solo, Chorus and Orchestra SC76 and Giacomo Rossini’s Stabat Mater for Soloists Chorus and Orchestra will be performed.

Soloists: Andra Darzins (Viola), Diana Fischer (Soprano), Ruth Volpert (Mezzosoprano), Moonyung Oh (Tenor), Markus Simon (Bass).

During the concert, with free admission, donations will be collected for Casa Thevenin.
