Two events that have as their stage the Cloister of Accountancy of Piazza della Badia, location specially selected not only for the beauty of the place, but also for the excellent acoustics that it offers to the public. The two events, organized by the Fondazione Guido d’Arezzo, bring to perform in the historical center of Arezzo four of the best young musicians of the international scene, who will propose some masterpieces of chamber music. The first concert will be entirely dedicated to Chopin, while the second will propose two trios by Beethoven and Brahms.
Alexander Gadjev, at only twenty years old, won one of the most prestigious competitions in the world, the 9th Hamamatsu International Piano Competition. On August 3 at 21.15 at the Cloister of Accountancy in Piazza della Badia, will open the first of two appointments with a performance on repertoire of Chopin:
Etude Op. 25 N°7 / Mazurkas Op.56 / Etudes Op. 10 N°8 / Etude Op. 25 N°10 / Polonaise Fantasie Op. 61
Pelude Op. 45 / Barcarolla Op. 60 / Sonata Op. 35 N°2 .
On August 18, always at 21.15 at the Cloister of Accountancy in Piazza della Badia, the concert of pianist Alberto Ferro, Luca Giovannini on cello and Vikram Francesco Sedona on violin. Music by:
