Oida Orchestra from Arezzo in an original production by Spazio Seme. The ensemble, composed of classical and jazz musicians, will accompany the voice of Gianni Bruschi and twenty young singers selected by Friends University (USA), for the "Opera Seme International Program of Voice", who will perform a crossover between American and 20th century Italian music.

The concert features the best of American Broadway songs, from musicals by Rodgers & Hammerstein and Lerner & Loewe to songs by Stephen Sondheim, Cole Porter and contemporary composers such as Sarah Bareilles, Jason Robert Brown and others. Following this, the concert presents arrangements made by Ivan Elefante of classic works from the American jazz/blues repertoire, brought to success by 20th century female voices such as Billie Holiday, Ella Fitzgerald, Nina Simone, Sarah Vaughan, Judy Garland, as well as Italian performers such as Mina, through a repertoire of songs by Ennio Morricone, Domenico Modugno, Umberto Bindi, Bruno Martino. The concert focuses on the theme of diversity, inclusion and peace, accompanied by readings on human rights: a tribute to US Independence Day. It is also an occasion to celebrate the first 10 years of activity of Spazio Seme, a cultural enterprise and international training centre.
