HELP OR HARM: HEALING WITH POISONOUS HERBS
Thematic guided tour
The ancient apothecary, an expert in the therapeutic properties of medicinal plants, knew how to transform toxic and poisonous substances extracted from plants into medicinal preparations, dosing them to create healing remedies. We will learn all about their skillful activity through the Herbs and Health over the Centuries tour, with a focus on our Poison Room, where we will discover deadly nightshade, also known as “devil’s herb”, the dangerous belladonna, and other unsuspected toxic plants.

ADVENTURES AMONG THE PAGES – LITTLE FORMULAS
During the “Adventures among the Pages” event, a special moment dedicated to children and their families will take place at the educational workshop, thanks to the animated readings of Aboca Kids. With the participation of Elisabetta Mauti and Gaetano Bigi, author and illustrator of the “Little Formulas”, children will have the opportunity to learn about the adventures of these nine characters with superpowers, and then learn to draw them with their own hands.
Meeting point at the upper external parking of the Valtiberino shopping center in Via dei Montefeltro, 1 Sansepolcro (AR) with access from Via dei Filosofi.
