Outdoor Experience

Discover the magic land of Arezzo, thanks to the Outdoor Experience calendar, a program of excursions and outdoor activities designed specifically to immerse yourself in the colors and scents of the Arezzo and its valley.

Environmental guides will show you the most beautiful paths to follow all season and will accompany you through ancient sheep tracks to the places of transhumance, or to learn about the history and archeology of the past.

The Outdoor Experience program will take you to the heart of wonderful nature, with itineraries that climb the Alpe di Catenaia or the top of Pratomagno or with guided excursions in the Sasso di Simone reserve, in the majestic Casentinesi Forests, or with paths between nature and faith in the monumental forest of La Verna.

Each week the guides of Arezzo takes you to discover lesser-known places, which are an opportunity to stop off in small churches, and mountain villages. You will be able to know and deepen the routes of the historic railways, the waterways and the ancient aqueducts, the Etruscan places and those that narrate the passage of Dante Alighieri in the land of Arezzo.

Outdoor Experience is also a program aimed at families and children, which allows you to try the experience of guided tours in the company of friendly donkeys.
